About Summer

Summer brings more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for global organizations across industries. Her work sits at the intersection of communication, influence, and behavior change, helping leaders at every level show up more effectively in the moments that actually shape culture and performance.

She has facilitated programs for organizations ranging from multinational energy and media companies to nonprofits and public sector teams. Whether she is leading a multi-month leadership cohort, facilitating a high-stakes executive alignment session, or coaching an individual leader through a career inflection point, her approach is the same: practical, human-centered, and grounded in what leaders are actually navigating.
