GLOBAL LEADER DEVELOPMENT (Energy Sector)

Delivered a multi-month leadership development program for a large energy organization with over 10,000 employees. Provided leader development workshops and one-on-one coaching as part of a multi-year initiative delivered in partnership with a prime contractor.

LEADERSHIP COHORT PROGRAM (Publishing)

Designed and facilitated a nine-month leadership development cohort for a global organization with over 8,700 employees. Delivered workshops, created curriculum, and provided 1:1 coaching for 40 leaders across 7 countries. Program achieved a 96 NPS and was renewed the following year.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ALIGNMENT (Media & Entertainment)

Facilitated a two-day strategic alignment session for executive leaders on newly integrated analytics teams within a major media organization. Leaders left with a unified mission, vision, team charter, and strategic direction. The team later reported higher alignment and operational clarity.
