University of Illinois Chicago, Center for Literacy
A seven-year engagement providing consulting, facilitation, and communication training to leadership and program teams. Delivered workshops for senior program leaders on communicating program goals to diverse stakeholders, and provided facilitation support for annual conferences and community events.

Global Leader Development
Delivered a multi-month leadership development program for a large energy organization with over 10,000 employees. Provided leader development workshops and one-on-one coaching as part of a multi-year initiative delivered in partnership with a prime contractor.
Leadership Cohort Program
Designed and facilitated a nine-month leadership development cohort for a global organization with over 8,700 employees. Delivered workshops, created curriculum, and provided 1:1 coaching for 40 leaders across 7 countries. The program achieved a 96 NPS and was renewed the following year.
Executive Leadership Alignment
Facilitated a two-day strategic alignment session for executive leaders on newly integrated analytics teams within a major media organization. Leaders left with a unified mission, vision, team charter, and strategic direction, and reported higher alignment and operational clarity.
High-Potential Leader Development
Facilitated recurring leadership programs delivered across multiple regions. Provided virtual and in-person delivery support, coaching, and session preparation under the prime contractor's brand, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.

Worked with a multi-program nonprofit organization serving the Chicago area. Delivered ongoing executive coaching and structured mastermind sessions for senior leaders, focused on decision-making, communication, and leading through organizational complexity.

Delivered a four-hour, highly interactive, movement-based workshop for leaders at a major international airport, centered on unity, advocacy, and collaboration. Leaders practiced the behaviors that build psychological safety, applied creative problem-solving under tight resource constraints and deadlines, and translated organizational values into concrete team commitments.
