We are a certified minority and woman-owned enterprise located in Frisco, TX, serving clients throughout the United States. Our team has over 15 years of experience in training, curriculum development, and community outreach.
OUR FOUNDER
Summer Alexander is the founder and CEO of Simply Training Solutions (formerly Summer Alexander Research, Inc.) a training consultancy providing workforce development training for organizations serving historically underserved communities.
Summer Alexander is a leader, speaker, equity and belonging facilitator, and talent development professional with 10 years of experience developing and implementing training programs for diverse communities. As a certified workforce development professional, Summer specializes in making complex concepts simple to understand and implement. With a background in research, technology, and communications; she is uniquely qualified to teach the essential skills needed for success in an ever-changing work environment. Summer has earned professional certifications in online instructional design and workforce development, and is a member of the Association for Training Development and the Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce.
As CEO of Simply Training Solutions, LLC she serves as the lead trainer for the company whose mission is to empower members of underserved communities to position themselves for leadership positions through the ongoing development of the essential soft skills needed for career success.
Our Philosophy
Our mission is to simplify the facilitation of learning for historically underserved communities. We know first hand that these communities are filled with people who when given the skills, training, and opportunity will excel in the workplace.
We believe training should encompass real-world skills, be easy to implement, be in line with current employer needs and fun! Participants in our program will practice their new skills in a safe environment where they can get feedback before taking them into the workplace.
We keep employers top of mind and work to ensure their future employees have the ability to live up to the core values of the organization and communicate its value propositions to customers.
